There is so much pressure today on changing the world or saving the environment. 99% of us will never have any real impact on these and we miss the opportunities to have influence in the areas where we can have a tremendous amount of impact.
I have been mentoring, coaching, and teaching people from junior high to mature adults for over 15 years. I have been able to do this by dedicating myself to constant learning. I want to help you by sharing my experience with you. The wisdom contained here is not mine but a compilation of other people much wiser than myself. My goal is to organize it into an easy-to-use format to help you grow. This site is dedicated to helping you focus on those spheres of impact – self, family, friends, work, community, and then maybe a real impact on the world.
